Living with an Allergy

In the event of your child having an allergy then the school needs to be made aware of this at the earliest convenience.

Parents/carers should complete and return the Allergy/Anaphylaxis Form, Health Care Plan provided by the doctors and arrange a meeting with the Headteacher to write a school health care plan.
